All prices are in USD and exclude tax (we do not collect US sales tax). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders resulting from such errors, with a full refund. Order acceptance occurs when your order ships, not when it is placed.
We describe every product's materials precisely — full-grain and bonded leather, performance velvet, boucle, handwoven rattan, transparent acrylic, solid walnut and powder-coated steel — as labeled on each product page. Photographs are representative; wood grain and leather grain vary slightly, which is a feature of genuine materials, not a defect.
Each chair and stool is rated for residential use at the weight stated in its specifications. Exceeding the rating, commercial use of residential pieces, or standing on stools voids the warranty and is a fall risk. Assembly per the included instructions is a condition of safe use.
All seating carries a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, covering frame failure, upholstery seams, swivel mechanisms and missing hardware. The warranty excludes damage from improper assembly, outdoor exposure of indoor pieces, and normal wear such as patina or cushion softening.

Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via support@chbrand.store before pursuing formal action; any formal action is brought in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your order governs that purchase.
